Tromso vibes and Northern Lights 🌌

Lekker location right by the harbour, we saw the Northern Lights right outside our window! Brekkie had great options and those afternoon waffles were a highlight. Friendly staff, always up for a chat. Totally enjoyed the scoop on local spots from the chommie at reception!

Room was a bit tight on storage, had to live out of our bakkies.

The sauna with stunning views provided a relaxing escape.

I was extremely disappointed with the room's condition. There was a noticeable water leakage issue that hadn't been addressed, which ruined the overall atmosphere. cleanliness was subpar, and I felt uncomfortable in a room that should have been well-maintained.

Had a fantastic stay, especially enjoyed the waffle bar and the hearty evening meals that helped with costs. Just wish there was more storage in the room for my clothes! Would definitely stay again.

i stayed at the clarion for 2 nights, and it was lovely! the location is perfect, right beside the harbour and just a 2-minute walk from the airport bus drop-off. the room was pleasant with a good-sized bed. one highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered plenty of choices like the best croissant ever!

I would have appreciated a bit more space in the room for storing my belongings.

the clarion offers an amazing breakfast with a wide array of choices. from eggs to norwegian herrings, perfect for starting the day! the hospitality was fantastic, and we often returned for a warm drink after exploring.

the bathroom could use more privacy.

Great bar lounge area with 24-hour reception. Luggage storage was super handy. Rooms could use more space.

The views from the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View were breathtaking! I was able to catch the northern lights right from my window. I had the loveliest time at the Clarion Collection Hotel With. The staff prepared dinner for me even late at night, which I really appreciated. My room had a cozy vibe and offered a great view of the harbor. It felt inviting every time I walked in. Breakfast included lots of options and was very filling. The evening meals changed daily, providing good variety, and soup was always available. Afternoon snacks were delightful with cake and drinks always on hand. One downside was the maître d’ delay in letting me know about room cleaning—it wasn’t daily as I expected. I was fine with using the sign for towel changes. Walking around the area was easy. I didn't need any transport. Closeby tours picked up right at the hotel. The sauna was a nice touch and provided beautiful views of the surroundings. I also found the complimentary coffee and tea facilities very useful. The lift was functioning well during my stay, avoiding any hassle with luggage.

The location by the harbour allowed us to enjoy stunning views and easy access to local cafes. My wife loved the delightful afternoon waffles after our snowy adventure. Experiencing the northern lights from our room was a magical highlight of our stay.
